Source transparency

Sources you can open and check.

The source library explains which documents are used, how dates are handled and why an official label can be more important than an old review.

Source hierarchy

For legal definitions, the regulation is primary. For a current product formula, the current official label is primary. For individual medical suitability, a qualified professional who knows the person’s medicines and history is more relevant than a general website.

Reviews and social posts may show experience, but they cannot establish a universal outcome. FIT PROFIT therefore labels personal context and avoids turning a testimonial into a health claim.

How to recognise information you can verify

Trust comes from open sources, dates and visible limitations — not from confident wording.

01

Open the source

Prefer primary documents, current regulations, official labels and datasets that can be checked.

02

Check date and version

A new label or rule can replace an older statement. Meaningful changes are documented.

03

Separate fact from experience

Personal experience may add context, but it is not proof and does not replace medical advice.

Relevant corrections change the material itself; the date is not refreshed without a real update.
